The National University of General Sarmiento [UNGS]: Between Paternalism and Politicization

Abstract

The work examines the context of the development of the UNGS as a case sui generis of University created in the '90s, in comparison to the 'traditional' universities but also respect to other "new" universities of Buenos Aires Province. In particular it studies the changes in the relationship between authorities, teachers and students
